These are places to keep learning: newsletters, podcasts, publications, and communities. Pick two or three that cover the questions you are working on. Use [playbooks](playbooks/) for step-by-step guidance and [tools](TOOLS.md) for software recommendations.

Want to collaborate with a writer or creator rather than follow their work? See [creator partnerships](playbooks/04-channels-and-distribution/creator-partnership.md). This reading list is not a paid ranking or an affiliate program.

## How this list is graded

The grades describe how this library uses each source. They are editorial judgments, not audited rankings.

| Grade | Meaning |
| ----------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **A — Recurring** | Independently named by multiple operators, a durable public archive still cited in 2026, or a source this library already uses as primary evidence |
| **B — Practical** | A named operator uses it and can describe the job; useful, not yet a default |
| **C — Observe** | Thread mention, self-promo, vendor-adjacent, or mixed. Pilot before treating as canon |

Read a few public articles before paying for a subscription or community. A source can be useful without every recommendation applying to your company.

**Access** is what you can read without buying the agency, course, or community. Prices are **USD list** as of 2026-08-29 from public pricing or about pages. They change. This is not a purchase recommendation and not an affiliate offer.

| Access | Meaning |
| ------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Free** | The named feed is free to subscribe |
| **Freemium** | A useful free layer exists; archive, community, or templates sit behind pay |
| **Paid** | The thing operators usually mean (membership, vault, executive room) is paid |

Third-party links use `ref=b2b-playbook` only so destination sites can see this repository as the referrer. It is not an affiliate code.

## Long-term GTM sources

Use these when you need a **stable operator voice** on metrics, early marketing, demand, sales execution, or RevOps—not when you need this week’s model news.

## AI × GTM watchlist

Use these when you need **awareness of models, workflows, and vendor noise**. They do not replace the long-term GTM list. Most start at **C** unless named by more than one independent operator.

## How to use this page

1. Pick **one** metrics voice (usually Kellblog or Clouded Judgement—not both as your operating system).
2. Pick **one** early-marketing or demand voice that matches the job this week (MKT1, Growth Unhinged, Refine Labs, Exit Five, or Heinz). A weekly tactics feed (Marketing Ideas) is optional B—it does not replace that voice.
3. If the job is fit-before-channel, add **Brian Balfour** or First Round Review—not as a twelfth feed, as the method you already opened.
4. If you sell with humans, add **30MPC** or GTMnow. If you run RevOps, add RevOps Impact as B.
5. Keep AI feeds in a separate folder. They do not get a vote on ICP.

If sources disagree, compare their dates, evidence, and operating context. A playbook can be outdated or inapplicable to your situation. Record the uncertainty and check the primary source before making the decision.

## Sources and evidence boundary

This is an owner-maintained editorial directory. Grades synthesize recurring operator recommendations (including 2026 community threads) plus this library’s own citation practice. They are **observations**, not audited vote counts.

Inclusion is not an endorsement of a paid community, course, agency engagement, or tool the author sells. Access and prices are list figures from public pages dated in this file’s last-reviewed stamp. They are not quotes, local-currency conversions, or tax-inclusive totals.

When a playbook already names a source and date, that page’s evidence boundary still governs. Do not upgrade a newsletter anecdote into a verified use case.
